Job Description:
• Manage direct and indirect business via distributors network & projects strategically to achieve sales targets and maintain cost efficiency.
• Make plans to identify, select and support distributors to set up a strong sales network.
• Develop relationships with government, educational institutions, associations, and big potential accounts.
• Responsible for following up all sales inquiries, tenders, or projects within budgets and timescales.
• Identify market trends to manage products effectively (Forecast demand; plan stock).
• Set objectives and targets for sales staff and distribution network.
• Be able to travel domestically/internationally up to 7-15 days a month.
• Report sales activities and relevant market information to the regional sales manager.
Requirements:
• Has 3~5 years sales experience in relevant industries, 25 – 40years old
• Good at speaking and writing English or Chinese
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Surveying & Mapping is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Managing current hydrographic distribution channels, explore the expansion with current or new channel to cover APAC territory, planning for sales promotion & marketing plan, support and be the key person to bridge communication on tender project. Maintain customer relationship and regularly customer visits.
• Making hydrographic business plan strategic sales roadmap together with Sales Director and hydrographic consultant, including agreement & implementation, making marketing planning for key focus area as well as promotional program.
• Establish and execute a sales goal for APAC region hydrographic product line, and increase market share and achieve growth.
• Provided direction leading the distribution network related work, including pre-sales, sales & post-sales activities whether in month-to-month sales or project participation sales & delivery.
• Analyze market trends and new opportunity, market information collection, competitors analysis, able to analyze the true needs and motivations of customers from their expectations/requirements.
• Recommend hydrographic solutions including Single beam and Multi-beam Echosounder, marine GPS, USV, ADCP, Side scanner sonar etc. by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; hydrographic consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
Requirements:
• Strong market analysis and development capabilities, good communication and negotiation skills, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to withstand pressure and self-drive, strong industry understanding, channel expansion and organizational skills
• Passion in Sales & Business Development • Over 3 years experience in field of hydrographic
• Over 2 years experience Knowledge of international business will be priority
• Fluent in written and spoken English or Chinese, able to use English or Chinese as a working language
• Knowledge of international business would be valued

Country Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand the customer base in the field of high precision GNSS & software-related project or customized solution in the German market
• Collaborating with sales coordinator to build and maintain rapport with the local sales channel and execute a sales goal for the region
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
• Contacting customers, making quotations, participating in business negotiations, receiving customers’ visit and signing contracts
• Participate in market research and forecast and assist Country Director to make & implement the sales plan
