From October 14 to 18, the training of maintenance and repair was successfully held in Panama by Hi-Target International. Partners from Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico and Panama attended.

During the training, our maintenance engineer Anson, disassembled the instruments step by step, showing the participants the structure and parts of the equipment to help them have a better understanding of the maintenance knowledge. Thanks to maintenance courses, all the attendees have improved maintenance skills quickly, and have gained knowledge of diagnosing the problem and managing instrument maintenance.

The attendees said that after a week’s study and practice, now they could help the users diagnose and solve the problems immediately and they were confident to provide the best services for all the users.

This training is a very good occasion in which attendees can solve their doubts and share their experiences with each other at the same time. With this training, we will provide better after-sales services throughout the Americas, which will greatly improve Hi-Target user experience.
